Mr. Rizk is a passionate advocate of those harmed though no fault of thier own and, perhaps subsequently low balled by an insurer. Mr. Rizk is a former insurance defense lawyer and large loss claims analyst who jumped fence in 2001 to help everyday people with injury and contested insurance claims. Mr. Rizk naturally anticipates insurance defense strategies because he as a young lawyer defended injury claims. In a later phase of his career with that inurance company, Mr. Rizk recommended payment of high exposure environmental claims across the United States. Thus, Mr. Rizk also instinctively knows what motivates insurers to pay large claims. Mr. Rizk is now a seasoned trial lawyer, a survivor of a serious childhood car accident and the eldest son of a surgeon and psychiatric nurse, Richard believes “helping hurting people” is a noble cause to be proud of and insurance companies can be bullies in need of a black eye.
