Todd Rosenberg has practiced both as a plaintiff’s lawyer and a defense lawyer for 29 years. He is the author of an 8 volume set called The Ohio Personal Injury Outline. He has lectured to attorneys throughout the state. He has argued and/or briefed over 30 cases before the Ohio Supreme Court. He handles everything from mult-million dollar cases to insurance coverage disputes. He was the Chair of Insurance for the Ohio Association For Justice for 3 years.
