I also practice in the field of medical malpractice. Being an ex-nurse working in the burn trauma unit at the University of Utah I understand the medicine and know what to look for in a medical malpractice case. I know what goes on behind the closed doors of the operating room and every door that appears closed be it a hospital or a doctor’s office.
I will go to trial if that is what it takes to get a fair settlement from the insurance comapanies.
