David Wayne Craig

David W. Craig is one of the founding partners of the law firm of Craig, Kelley & Faultless. The firm only represents those people and their families who have been injured or killed as the result of the carelessness of others.
David has been practicing law since 1985. Since that time he has been fighting to obtain justice for ordinary people against insurance companies, trucking companies, large corporations and others. He has witnessed the destruction and devastation that can be caused by the recklessness of others. David cares deeply about his clients and treats them the way he would wanted to be treated.
Throughout his career, David has handled cases against trucking and other commercial vehicle companies. He has handled cases in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Missouri and Kansas. David has resolved thousands of injury and death cases. Most cases have settled without the need to go to trial. However, David is an experienced trial lawyer who welcomes the opportunity to go to trial against insurance companies that refuse to be reasonable.
