Experienced and Client-Focused Representation: Large Firm Experience, Small Firm Service
Anne MacArthur has represented hundreds of individuals injured through the fault of others. Further, she has screened literally thousands of calls from injured individuals asking about potential cases when she was employed by a large personal injury litigation firm in Wisconsin. Anne welcomes the opportunity to discuss and when necessary investigate your case to determine if you have a case, at no cost to you. Additionally, the cases the firm handles are taken on a “contingent fee” which means the client owes the firm nothing, including the costs of investigation or bringing a claim if there is no recovery. All inquiries are confidential and protected by the attorney-client privilege.
Anne is Board Certified in Civil Trial Litigation by the National Board of Trial Advocacy held by only five percent of attorneys. She also holds an AV-Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell in Civil Litigation, Administrative Law, and Personal Injury, a distinction limited to only ten percent of licensed attorneys. Both designations reflect the highest possible ratings in both legal ability and ethical standards an attorney can attain.
Representation is available in all areas of personal injury other than product defect and medical malpractice. Anne believes strongly in client-focused representation. By limiting the number of cases where she undertakes representation, Anne is able to provide whatever legal support a case requires and also the ability to stay in frequent contact with her clients and directly available to them. Through doing so, clients know the status of their cases and Anne is able to know her the details of each of her clients’ individual experiences and present the strongest case in support of compensation without having to start a lawsuit.
Where an insurer is unreasonable, the Firm is prepared to litigate the case to verdict. Anne believes in preparing every case from the moment of her involvement as though the case will go to trial, although only about five percent of civil cases actually proceed that far. Based on her extensive experience, Anne firmly believes that being prepared to try a case is the best way to attain the highest level of compensation during pre-suit negotiations.
